We are not talking about the remotest parts of Alaska but Turkish mountains. From sea level to almost 4000 meters, mountains of this country show a big variety. Dry limestone faces of the south contradict with the almost monsoon climate of the northern mountains of granite. There is so much to see and to show to the readers. Haldun Aydingun actively climbing for 24 years in his native land and publishing six books and 170 articles about mountains and mountain related activities has all the authority to talk on this subject.
