Mediterranean
Coast of Turkey has both the best beaches and steepest mountains. Sometime
there is only 5 to 10 miles between each other's. Winter days are cool
but warm enough for adventurers to swim in January and the mountains have
snowcaps. The climbing conditions in the area are somehow similar to Alps
in summer. Meaning, dry rock faces and some hard snow, but with a much
more settled weather. In the last two decades hundreds of summer resorts
were built in the area and they are fantastically cheap in winter.
I
would like to offer an article of 1500-2500 words with slides of the beaches,
antique cities, winter swimmers with the mountains in the background,
and scenes from actual technical rock or snow climbing in the highest
parts.
There
are so many visually stimulating things to show that it is impossible
to miss a very good-looking article. The writing will be down to earth
giving as much information as possible within a good prose. And all will
be peppered with some interesting travel anecdotes.
